Preparation of Comprehensive Lease Agreements:

Upon approval of a qualified applicant, we prepare a comprehensive and legally updated lease agreement. Additionally, we include various lease addendums (such as lead-based paint, crime and drug fee addendum, mold addendum, and pet addendum) to provide full legal protection for you, your property, and your tenant.

Collection of Rent and Security Deposit:

We collect the first month's rent and security deposit at the time of signing, ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Property Re-Keying:

Although not mandatory in all states, we arrange for the re-keying of the property between tenants to enhance security for all parties involved.

We ensure that the property meets all safety requirements mandated by law, safeguarding both tenants and property owners.

Coordination of Property Assessments:

We schedule and coordinate property assessments and walkthroughs before, during, and after a tenant's move-in to maintain property integrity and address any issues promptly.

Tenant Key Distribution and Portal Access:

Our tenants receive new keys and access to our online portal, providing them with convenience and security. Our secure key handling system minimizes liability and maintains the safety and security of both residents and properties.
